  • How much does shipping cost? How long does it take to get to me?
    USA - FREE via USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 business days Canada - Starts at $16 via USPS 1st class international mail - 5-10 business days Everywhere else - Starts at $22 via USPS 1st class international mail - 10-15 business days All international shipping estimates are based on the purchase of one compact pedal with a total weight under 2 pounds.

    I have stopped manufacturing pedals to spend more time with my family and focus on building the education programs at IDEA High School in Tacoma, WA. Any inventory of VFE Pedals I do have will be listed on our Reverb store at https://reverb.com/shop/vfe-pedals My designs are now available to license to manufacture & sell. If there are 3rd party manufactures that have a pedal available to order, I will link them on that pedal's page. VFE Pedals cannot take responsibility for repairs, service, quality control, or any other customer service request for 3rd party manufactures. However, if you do have a bad experience, please share with us at sales@vfepedals.com
  • What is your return & warranty policies?
    All pedals can be returned within 30 days for any reason. A full refund will be issued if the pedal is returned in like-new condition within 30 days. All pedals have a 1-year warranty. If a repair is needed in the first year, we do so at no charge. After 1-year, labor & return shipping will be charged (maximum charge is $50 + shipping cost).
  • I want more information about a used or discontinued pedal. Where do I find it?
    Just go to http://vfepedals.com/archive2021/discontinued-pedals.html PLEASE NOTE - We cannot provide email support for purchasing decisions on discontinued products sold by 3rd parties. Please direct any questions you have to the seller.
  • Something is wrong with my VFE pedal. What do I do?
    Email Peter at sales@vfepedals.com with ALL details concerning the problem you are having. If you can attach a clear photo of the inside of the pedal, that often helps with a quick diagnosis. Many issues can be solved over email. If your pedal needs to be sent in for repair, you will receive instructions via email.
